Prices seem high. We wanted to exchange an old feeder for a new one but were told we had to bring in the old one first. i was hoping we could just get a voucher as i didn't want to remove the present feeder from the birds who are very active around it in this cold weather.

I am not a big customer but do several purchases a year. When I asked if they had any calendars, I was told I had to become a member for $25.00 or pay 10.00 for it.....like SERIOUSLY! Not good P.R. at all for several years repeat customers!
