While the customer service was outstanding, we may have a serious issue with the bird bath we purchased. It fell apart almost instantly out in the cold. We're still working on a resolution. Not the store's fault I don't think. Seems to be an issue with whether it can hold up to New England winters.

I expected a little more inventory, but understand that sales are high due to Christmas. I would have liked to see more bird related merchadise.

We really enjoyed the shop and tho very busy, we got help very promptly, and very knowledgeable . Unfortunately we felt the store was overcrowded, sadly due to Covid and we were not comfortable, we stayed and are very happy with our purchases and loving our birds.

My bird feeder grill was too small - birds wouldn’t go in. The next size up was too big - squirrels got in. These are the largest tube feeders you make - very frustrating.

“Club” price is three dollars per bag less, yet that is the price per 5# bag that other nurseries and garden center charge for the same quality, identical quality in my opinion, bird food. Checkout is very slow because they have to have your name, club member or not!

Very limited gift merchandise for this time of year. Possibly because of supply and demand issues? Specifically looking for quality selection of bird sun catchers….
