I pay an annual membership fee to belong to the WBU club cash rewards program. A few months ago I purchased several bags of bird seed and received $20 in rewards cash for that purchase. When I visited the store yesterday to purchase a "Customer Appreciation" bag of No Mess seed I wanted to apply my $20 rewards cash to my purchase but was informed by Lou (nice guy) I could not. So WHY CHARGE customers to join the WBU cash rewards membership program when members can't use the cash rewards they earn on purchases, regardless of whether or not the item is on sale?? Very disappointing. Your WBU club is a racket I will not participate in it again.

I was very satisfied with my experience. Terry and Lou are always helpful, will answer any questions I have and will make recommendations base on what birds I may have at my feeders.
