I have always gotten great service there. They offer a lot of knowledge and ideas with birds . Very welcoming place.

Well the folks here at so wonderful. And they spent a lot of time trying to help me with one of your birdbath heating units which was no longer working. Unfortunately, the new one isn't currently working either, that's why some of the answers aren't all the highest marks. My husband will have to check the unit and the outlet. But if I have to return/exchange it, I know that Lou and his staff will make it easy for me.

Needed merchandise was available and easy to purchase and get to my vehicle.

People, quality and diversity of products

My birds love the new feeder. Friendly staff and even put my purchases in my car. Cute shop.
