Janice was so kind and actually spoke to me about the birds in my backyard and informed me about their habitats. I was so excited to get home and tell my husband what I had learned about our birds! It was like I took a little class. Of course there was no one else in the store at the time, so she could take the time with me. I understand this will not always be the case, but it sure made my day! Thank you so much! I love coming to your store!

Everyone in the store is always friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. This last time we each had a good laugh as the clerk shared her readers (glasses) with me as I forgot mine.

Enjoyed browsing all the lovely and interesting merchandise. The owners were so friendly and very knowledgeable! My only disappointment was not finding cracked corn for wild ducks a d geese. I did purchase a squirrel proof squat and suet cage. I spent over an hour in the store browsing merchandise and chatting with the owners.

Every time we have gone in this store the owners are so pleasant and they are so knowledgeable about the product. We are enjoying having birds in our yard again and the birds love the food.

Have been going to this Avon branch for over a year. The friendliness and informative and helpful staff plus quality merchandise is why I go there.
