Lou can fix anything! Went in with a badly damaged wbu squirrel proof feeder that apparently a bear ravaged even though we use the hot pepper seed. Anyway Lou took several minutes looking for and installing several new parts that were needed and he helped carry out the finished product to my car!

Lou and Terry are awesome people and will go the extra mile to get you what you need. In this case, I called slightly after hours, but Lou answered the phone anyway. I asked if I could pick up seed if I arrive in about 10 to 15 minutes. Being the great guy he is, Lou said sure. When I arrived, he had the two bags of seed ready to rock and carried 40 lbs out to my car. Both Lou & Terry always greet you with a smile, and even remember your name, which makes you feel right at home!
