Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a treat to just go in the store and shop... looking at everything they have.

At Wild Birds Unlimited in Avon I have never felt taken advantage of with any suggestions or prices. Some prices seen high, however the quality of seed products is better than or stores. The pole systems are prices to fit most budgets. I will probably will not return within the next month because at the moment my supplies are sufficient.

I needed a pole from which to suspend a feeder. The gentleman who helped me was patient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I, on the other hand, was not so smart. He recommended a circular platform in which to place the pole for the feeder since a bear had destroyed the original pole and feeder. "Nah," quoth I, "I have a good support spot and the bears are all asleep now." But no. The bear returned two nights later, bent the pole and destroyed the feeder. Worse, he didn't bother to eat all the seed! Visigoth! I'll bet he runs a jet-ski in the summer.

The owners are some of the best people I know. They are well informed and with excellent personalized service on every occasion that I have come into thneir store.
