My experience was all online. I was highly satisfied by the description of the products, ease of purchasing, fast delivery, and personal touches by Lou in Avon, CT, including a hard written note with tips for assembly. Great service. Will recommend and hope to visit the store as well.

I had had a very unusual experience with a bird who had died in an older birdhouse ... Lou taught me how to take care of the whole situation, how to clean the birdhouse, and how to protect the future occupants.

Staff/owner ALWAYS extremely helpful with feeder maintenance (definitely goes above and beyond), and always carries heavy bags of seed out, also helpful with suggestions/advice/information re: local bear population.

The staff are always so friendly and very knowledgeable, often going above and beyond to help troubleshoot issues. For example, we have been having issues with squirrels and they were able to suggest some ways to deal with the issue using what we already had purchased on past visits.
