The staff are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It's what makes the small business experience so satisfying! You can't get that kind of service at a big box store.

I came into the store to buy more Bark Butter Bits and a seed mix the birds love. I mentioned to the owner that I hadn't seen as many cardinals as usual and he pointed out another seed option that I could add to the mix, then listed the birds that like it. Then, when I went to grab a second 5 lb. bag of No-Mess Plus Blend in less than a week, he pointed out the 20-lb. bags that I hadn't noticed. I credit this store with the year-round presence of bluebirds in our yard. The owners and their staff are knowledgeable and helpful; they listen, offering suggestions without being pushy. The high-quality feeders survived a visit from bears. The prices are high, but that's because the products are of high quality.

Accidently forgot to take my credit card from store's terminal. Store's owner contacted me and secured the card which I was able to get back within the hour. Really appreciated owner's concern and safe return of my credit card. Owner is very helpful and always helps carry bags of seed out to my car.

i showed up 10 minutes before the store closed and got treated as if the store wasn't closing for hours- patient and friendly. perfect combo
