Clerk explained to me about the different types of bird food for the area. He also explained why some bird foods are better than others & how to avoid squirrels.

Was very pleased with the selection and knowledge of one of the employees - Janice. I plan on going back to this store. Janice is very personable.

The staff is always very courteous and very friendl. They go out of their way to greet me by name and chat. They're always chatting about interesting bird lore and community nature happenings.

I have been going to the store for years. They are wonderful! They have the best quality products and they can answer the many questions I have about what attracts different kinds of birds. And on top of all that they are very helpful in getting heavy bags out to my car.
