The quality of the merchandise is great. The helpfulness and knowledge of the Team is remarkable.

I went into the store with my list and questions about the Pre-Black Friday specials. The young woman, Sierra, who waited on me and helped me find the items on my list was very patient with me and took the time to determine my best savings. I ended up buying a membership, and ended up getting the Black Friday prices along with the sale prices and a free gift. and ended up saving money all the way around!! Can't get better than that!!

Knowledgeable staff and quality products.

We learn so much each time we come in to the store! We really enjoy feeding the birds and they love the variety of cylinders. The no melt suet is great during the summer too as we feed the birds year round!

The no mess blend is a favorite with my feathered friends. Plus the squirrels need some nourishment. The cylinders are a personal favorite with the woodpeckers. However, they like suet too.

you always have great information and answer my questions. you also help out with problems like providing a new perch for a recently purchased bird feeder.

The items I came to purchase were available, I received assistance in getting my items and was offered more than once to help take my purchase to the car. I love the friendliness of the staff, the knowledge they provide and the way the store is set up (easy to find anything!!). My bonus find is the board that explains all that is going on with the birds at the present time. It's a pleasure to come and shop for so many reasons

Pam and Bob are always very friendly and helpful. They are super knowledgeable and always let me tell my bird stories and never get annoyed with me! They are the best birding people I know!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Store is interesting to look around and neat. There are a lot of cute gift ideas.
