Bob and Pam Gors were very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products. Bob guided us through the store, explaining the benefits of the feeders and especially the bird food. Squirrels are a problem in our yard and they seem to be eating more of the bird seed than the intended recipients. We were shown many options and feel Bob helped us make the right choice. We are very happy with the items we purchased and am anxious to visit the store again.

The owners are always helpful. Bob actually showed use how to assemble the ultimate pole system. Bob remembered the earrings I had on hold which I had forgotten. Great sale. The ultimate pole looks wonderful and is very sturdy. It's all full and the birds are happy. Not so much the squirrels.
