Staff is very knowledgeable of the products they sell, the species of birds that will be visiting our backyards as the seasons change. The warranty on the products has already been proven to us on a hummingbird feeder topper that broken on us with no questions asked. Overall, the friendliness of the staff.

Owner explained differences in various bags of bird seed and steered me to a new choice that would reduce ground mess. Owner carried bags to my car. We discussed his upcoming lecture at Macomb Co. SOAR program which resulted in my signing up for it.
