This store, all the employees, are always very friendly and helpful. They carry my bird seed out to the car for me, so I know I can buy 2 bags every time I go in there. I excellent selection of bird feed.

Using my birthday discount and Bird Bucks, I bought a new & different feeder along with three seed cakes to put in it. When I got home, I hung that one and refilled the others and by the next day, we had more birds than we had seen in a long time - blue jays, downy and hairy woodpeckers, nuthatches, chickadees, and our many goldfinches. Will need to come back soon for more food - LOL

WBU always has the seed we need in stock. I like to order online and do curbside pickup. It frees up my time and they always get my order ready right away. The owners are very friendly and nice. The seed is pricey but I like the bird bucks and the WBU club. It helps a little bit.

Friendly staff, with current info on current bird sightings and such. Always encouraging.

Great to know that when the owners are not there everyone in the store helped us feed the birds with a smile!
