Sierra is so knowledgeable and friendly and was able to thoroughly explain everything to us. She’s just a delight. Our birds love our new pole and the squirrels don’t like the baffle, so all is good. Thank you.

Really great employees and very friendly and helpful

We walked in to quickly select some Finch seed, and we ended up seeing that you carried a (kinda rare) bird bath I had been needing to replace. I saw a lot of things I'd like to get but my husband was there keeping me in check. ;-) We walked out with the bird bath, bird seed, and membership in the birdseed club. (Also a desire to work there part time?!?)

Staff and owners are so helpful

The staff is always pleasant an uncommonly knowledgeable and helpful. They know wild birds, their habits, needs and what they prefer to eat at what time of the year. You never have to look for help - it's a small store and they are always right there and happy to answer questions. They ar also always happy to help carry bags to the car.
