The woman who helped me actually steered me away from buying something because she knew it was a gift for someone in a condo and that some condos won't let bird feeders be placed. We will still buy it now that we know our friend is allowed to have one but the short term stalling of a sale in order to help a customer not have to end up returning something is really special and unusual these days. I told her she was like the Macy's Santa in Miracle on 34th St. sending people to Gimbels because Macy's didn't have the toy the customer wanted. :-) Congrats on having such an engaged staff member! Always enjoy your store and great service.

Purchased bird feeder pole, two 4 foot sections, 1 with auger, and additional 2 foot section, hung my 2 bird feeders, lots of birds and no deer eating out of these feeders, have To use ladder to fill but that’s what I needed.
