Great products and quality but you must recognize that birdcfood comes at more of a $$premium than it is worth.. There are premium commercial brands that approach half the price. They are argumentally not quite as pure but the birds do not know the difference and those who use large amounts end up purchasing from someone else. I do not feel that the birds waste more of others no waste product comes close to offsetting the price difference. You may be restricted from selling other brands/products but would be interesting to see how a no waste Royal Wing @ 20 lbs for 18.95 would sell next to similar $32.00.Bird food.

When I enter this store I feel happy. It is set up with so many great products not only for the birds but for personal items. It is clean and items are displayed so that they can easily be seen. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and VERY helpful not only with getting the items you need but with ideas and answers to questions.

Merchandise was high quality. Product delivered to my door step overnight.

As usual the staff is friendly and helpful. If I don’t know or understand something, they don’t talk “down” but explain nicely.
