Friendly and knowledgeable service.

The young lady who waited on me was VERY knowledgeable -- her advice to put seed on the ground and not fill the feeders full was on the mark. I had more cardinals than I have ever seen!!!! It's obvious the quality of the seed is worth the cost...

Store is clean, and organized aesthetically. Products are within easy view and reach. Employees are friendly.

The products exceeded my expectations - very good quality and value! I'm especially impressed with the squirrel baffle I purchased - it works GREAT! The pole I ordered is working wonderfully - strong, sturdy and STRAIGHT! The birds are loving it!

Quick response from store after I placed the order. One of the items was back ordered (hummingbird nectar) and I was immediately given the option to wait for the whole order or receive what they had and they would deliver the second package of nectar as soon as they received it. I love being given a choice! Lastly, I've spoken to George in the store before. He's a very friendly guy and I was impressed that he was the one that actually delivered the order to my house. Great products and even better service!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the store was clean and the products were displayed where you could see them ,,didn't see bird houses or a area of feeders for people more on buget....
