Sales person explained all benefits of bird feeding station to us vs the Duncraft one we had unfortunately bought recently. She said WBU price was better and merchandise was better quality than Duncraft and showed us the proof. She offered us a 25% discount off feeding station.

Wild Birds is definitely a neighborhood store, and I always feel welcomed when I visit. The store did a great job of accommodating and adapting during the quarantine, and the in-store experience reassured that the health of customers is a top priority.

The gentleman that helped me was so nice. He helped me pick out a book on birds and a hummingbird feeder to give to my husband for father's day. He shared his love for birdwatching with me and he just made me feel very comfortable in an area I knew nothing about.
