The items I purchased had very good reviews online. They seem to be high quality and meant to last. The lady who helped me was very helpful and creative with her advice. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone twice before I made any purchases was very pleasant and happy to answer all of my questions. The store was clean and layer out in a very attractive way. I LOVE BIRDS......since childhood. I should probably buy a franchise. If only I had that kind of $$$$. 😊
