Everyone there is very knowledgeable… Very friendly and I love going in to look at all of the available merchandise.

From experience in the store we knew what we ordered would be exactly what we wanted. It was very nice to receive the phone call saying it was dropped off on porch and would it be ok...And the ‘man’ in the window is John Cena(cardboard cutout). So glad for the drop off service as it was a present. Will be ordering again, soon! Those birds keep eating all the food!

Staff is very informative and friendly. There is always a suggestion for what to purchase when I describe what I am looking for. I have had home delivery and curbside purchase and was highly satisfied with both. Products are more expensive but head an shoulders superior to any thing you can get at a big box store pet supply store.

I got my order DELIVERED with a friendly smile, kind words and a thank you in less than 24 hours!!! WOW!! The items were hand delivered correctly and in perfect order. AND you were so kind to spend additional time to listen to my husband's jokes!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! I love your store, the staff and the products.
