Always a pleasure to visit the store. Staff is friendly, very helpful and usually know exactly what I want!

Each time I come in the owner and/or staff are friendly, interested, and helpful. I enjoy letting them know what birds I'm seeing and hearing what they know about what is going on at feeders in the area. They are knowledgeable about the products and have provided valuable advice and assistance when I've made purchases of feeders, poles, suet, seed, books, etc.

I always receive a pleasant, real personal experience here. I never just feel like another customer. Plus I like that it's just wild bird stuff here!

First of all it is relative close to my house. None of the WBU in Pittsburgh seem to offer online shopping.

Both Kendall and Scott always helpful. Scott always has pics to show us of new bird sightings. This trip no exception. Kendall makes suggestions regarding new products.

I am very new to this hobby and admittedly have a lot to learn. I came into the store looking for window feeders and I was struggling pretty badly with the current feed I was using (from Lowe’s.) The employee I spoke to was very kind and gave me excellent advice. She let me know that the seed I was using contained a ton of filler, which is why I had to dump it and refill it every other day. I am completely sold on the No Mess blend from WBU, and will support them from now on instead of big box stores!! Thank you so much for your guidance and expertise. :)
