Wild Birds Unlimited

The store was very inviting and had everything I needed. Andy and the rest of the staff was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with all my questions. The customer service was A++. I will definitely be a frequent flyer of this shop. Pun intended.

This is my favorite store. I visit weekly. I consider the staff family now. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Wild Birds Unlimited is my local happy place. I just came from one of their programs “Identifying Backyard Birds”.

We love the bird seeds. We have been getting new birds in our yard. Stella is always enthusiastic and helpful

I was satisfied with my visit to Wild Birds Unlimited in Syosset. I wasn't dissatisfied so I was just okay or satisfied. Everything was good.

Sometimes they are "out of stock". This is something that when low on stock it should be automatic restocked.

On the whole, it was a good experience, but I spent quite a bit, I purchased a bark butter feeder, and two finials in the shape of birds, after I paid I realized that I had neglected to purchase a little metal hook to hang the bark butter feeder with, and the clerk had me pay for it in a separate transaction. It was a $1.00 item. It seems to me that she could have just thrown it in instead of having me dig for cash in my wallet to pay $1.08.

I am satisfied just that delivery is usually faster.
