Prices are a bit high.

Always a pleasure to visit WBU-love the friendly, knowledgeable staff and great assortment of products. The birds on the South Shore sure are spoiled!

The expiration dates for promotional discounts are too short of a period....I had brought in a discount coupon, but unfortunately, had expired. I would think at a minimum 30-60 days, preferably six months to one year or no expiration for Wild Birds Unlimited members.

The prices were just too high. The merchandise seems excellent, but just too pricey.

Lovely store, nice helpful employees ,always enjoy wandering through the store and buying extra unique bird related gadgets and gifts for both people and birds. The birds love the food. This location is great for me. I know of no other bird store in this area with such a variety of quality feed.

I spent over $80 on suet and a holder for the suet pack. There are a lot of birds that come to my yard. Not a single bird has tried the suet. After several days, i changed the location to a different tree. Still no interest
