Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The choice of products is tremendous and fits my backyard bird feeding needs perfectly. I will definitely be back!

I was highly satisfied for two main reasons. First, the increasing variety of items in your shop, especially beyond feeders and food, such as decorative home items, anti-bird-collision window stickers (!!!) and puzzles (!!!!!). Every time I enter your store it feels like a world of wonder and exploration into a new-ish hobby I can share with my family. Which leads me to the next and largest reason I enjoy your store: your wonderful staff. I learn so much from them every time I come. They are so knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about backyard wildlife. Beyond just raw information, which is VERY helpful, I most enjoy sharing in this new hobby and wonder of wildlife with people. When I returned to the store, the employee (I wish I remembered her name to shout her out!) not only remembered me, but remembered I was trying to attract goldfinches and had an in depth conversation with me about what to try, which included both suggested products and ideas that didn't cost money. That told me she genuinely cared about my birding experience, beyond trying to make commission. Cannot overstate how much I enjoy your store. Thank you.

Personal attention. As a beginner to birding, Stella, Chris and her hubby have opened this whole new world to me with the lectures, valued info with each in-person visit and a store full of wonderful supplies, merchandise, gifts, etc .

I love shopping at the Wild Birds Unlimited at Syosset. I always know that I will get exactly what I need for my backyard animals. Andy the owner is especially helpful meeting all my needs. Very kind and friendly. It’s so visually pleasing when you walk in as they have so much selection to choose from.
