I love that I can find everything I need for feeding my backyard birds in this store. I can see and touch the items before I buy if I'm not sure. Everything is very good quality and packed very well. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and knowledgable.

They didn't have a part I needed for my bird feeder post... they ordered the part immediately. When I picked it up they explained the assembly in detail and even wrote the directions on the bag. They were helpful and wonderful to do business with. Thank you so much! I'm new to "birds" and looking forward to a new hobby with their help.
