The birds that visit my yard love everything from WBU.

I've had 3 ordering interactions with this store. 1. I went in with an interest to start birdwatching as a hobby, I got alot of information in store and purchased the APS system which is still standing, has stood against storms and lots of squirrel jumping on the top from a tree (yes, i ahve a baffle from the bottom). I'm extremely happy I got it. 2. I ordered online since I wanted to change the seed and get some other bird snacks for my new friends. Great selection and fast delivery. 3. This time I called 2x for advice since I had a few failed feeders, squirrel and rat nuisance and and every single question (and there were many) were answered patiently and clearly. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I prefilled my cart and asked about what I got and ended up swapping out some things. I was extremely happy with the end order. I also noticed my membership gift was not included in my shipment when I joined. They checked my last order and saw it wasn't in it. Not only did they get my order to my doorstep LESS than 24 hours from when I ordered, they included a really cool gift. I recommend WBU anytime i'm in a conversation people will talk birds with me. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions about birds, feeding birds and the products sold at the store. The store itself is laid out really well so that I can explore all of the products in a way that makes sense according to my bird feeding needs!!
