Staff has great customer service, something lacking in many, many stores, restaurants, & other business places. In addition, there's a wide selection of bird food, feeders, & other bird-related products. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly (definitely a super-plus!). Bravo!

Andy ..the owner..is very personable and very knowledgeable..he is always willing to spend whatever time it takes to assist me with any questions I may have...explain the benefits of any products I purchase and to advise me (and my backyard critters) as to how to get the most enjoyment out of the products I do purchase...he and his staff always helps us out with our purchases and they always speak to us as if we were a member of the family and not just a customer!!! The staff is amazing, hard working and extremely helpful...every shopping experience is a pleasure and that helps paying the bill a little easier!!!
