I received a warm welcome and personal service. That goes a long way when your a customer. I also did not have a lot of knowledge about birds and feeders. They made sure they understood what I needed and explained it to me.

Knew what we wanted / explained how to set it up / good to go ... easy, safe and we just love our new feeder system! Birds galore in our backyard!

Staff is very knowledgeable

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy at all, obviously passionate about birds.

The merchandise and staff have always been exceptional. When we were unable to come into the store and placed our order over the phone it was brought out to our car, it made all birds very happy.
