Christine took my order over the phone (got it exactly right), and I gave her my credit card number - without any concern at all. Andy: you run a very fine business. Excellent products, which are very nicely displayed. Catlin (not there that day) knows her product line, and is very customer-service oriented. She senses when to offer assistance, and when to just let me browse. Andy: you make me feel very comfortable. Every time I am in your store it is a pleasure. Last I forget, my birds are extraordinarily happy, as well.

There’s no place else where I can purchase quality products. The staff are true bird lovers. I enjoy sharing pictures of birds and getting a free lesson on birding. They sincerely love birds and it shows!
