I have been to the Syosset store numerous times and finally decided to join the club after numerous wonderful experiences with the staff. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered two bags of food and a bag of black seed which was recommended a few visits ago and my birds love the buffet of bird food. There is no other bird food like it. I will need more within a week and they staff was kind enough to let me know they will deliver. Great store, great staff, great product.

When you are shopping their total focus is on the individual. the educational programs that are offered are wonderful!!! Cant say enough positive things about my experiences.

I absolutely LOVE the layout of the store!! Its "cozy" , Pristine, inviting, interesting, has a "Homey" feeling, I feel like I'm in a small "forest" ..;-).., It smells clean and I can almost feel the presence of Birds ;-) ..The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly !!I would surely miss them if perchance they would (Heaven Forbid) ever move..I enjoy speaking "BirdTalk" with them..Thank You Again and Again!!!

Everyone in the store is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

Sales staff was very friendly, merchandise readily available. Owner of the store gave some helpful advice, carried my purchase to my car; we chatted some more while outside the store, nice personal service

I enjoyed conversation with persons who have like interests. There was a display showing live birds at a feeder that was not from our region. Educational and inspirational!!

Staff knows me and is helpful in loading the car.
