I had a hummingbird at my feeder for the first time ever, and decided to add another. I called in and Andy confirmed that it was. When I arrived, Andy's co-worker anticipated that I was the person who called and shared my joy. Andy had also mentioned that hummers like mist and moving water, and I invested in a mister/dripper - if I finally have hummers after almost 20 years waiting and building my bird/butterfly garden, I want to stay on the map. My sister in NC put me onto Wild Birds, and I was happy to find that I had a store locally, in Syosset, NY. I also purchased a feeder for my next-door neighbor, a teacher who has amped up flowers and feeders in her yard this summer. She has gained much joy from the birds she has attracted to her yard. She deserves all the free therapy she can get and having hummers would put her over the top. I have not seen my female Ruby-Throat for the past few days, but now I know they are out there. I also remembered to get another sack of your finch blend for goldfinches and small woodpeckers. The staff are all bird-lovers and are committed to helping customers encourage wildlife to their yards.

Catilyn was exceptional knowledgeable as well as friendly. She guided me with my interests and assisted me with recommendations. I am very pleased with all of my purchases. I just saw a large red headed woodpecker and very uNsuccessful squirrel at the feeder. I am happy to have become a customer if this company .

Sales person was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. She was very helpful and made our shopping experience pleasurable. We enjoyed browsing the store and looking at the merchandise.
