I love the selection of merch that you have in the store and the staff are always friendly. I like to go there and select several gifts for friends.

The woman behind the counter could not have been more pleasant and polite. She was genuinely happy to help me and literally smiled the entire time.

THE PRODUCTS [THE FEEDERS AND THE BIRDBATHS] ARE HIGH QUALITY AND DESIGNED WELL FOR BIRDS. PRICES ARE REASONABLE FOR THE QUALITY. THE STAFF WAS SUPER HELPFUL. MY ONLY REGRET IS THAT I, DESPITE MY KEEN INTEREST IN BIRD FEEDING AND LIVING CLOSE TO THE STORE, AND HAVING DRIVEN PAST THE STORE MANY TIMES, WAS NEVER AWARE OF THIS STORE. I WISH I FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS STORE YEARS AGO.

The staff knew where everything was that I wanted. They helped me carry it out and they were very friendly.

I enjoy shopping at WBU becsuse of the nice selection of quality merchandise which is always nicely displayed in the store. The store owner and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It's always a fun shopping experience.
