I had inquired over the phone about a broken part to my old Squirrel Eliminator Birdfeeder and was pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement part free of charge! Since I picked it up at the store I was able to explore the store in person for the first time and really liked it. I even purchased another style of birdfeeder! I am certainly looking forward to going again in the future!

Came over night to Locust Valley Surprised to see it so quickly. Do not want exposure to stores though shipping makes this a most expensive bird seed.

I like the items I purchased (coffee mugs with birds on them). They are gifts for fellow birdwatchers. Also, the clerk was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered two questions I asked about birds in my yard.

The store had what I needed.

The order was filled completely. It was packaged properly. It was delivered in an extremely timely fashion.

It’s a great store. The staff are great and knowledgeable and they always help me find what I need.
