The staff in the syosset store is knowledgeable about the products, courteous and go over and above to satisfy their customers.

I had no idea that it would be hand delivered the same day. I was pleasantly surprised.

Andy was Very pleasant on the phone. He gave us advice about what bird feed to use to keep certain birds away and attract others. He was watching for us as we drove up to the store. He promptly came out and placed the order in our suv.

The young woman working in the store was helpful and very polite. We found all that needed in very time. Always enjoy reading literature made available at the store.

Friendly greeting, relaxing atmosphere, cheerful setting, clean shop. Questions where posed to assist me with the best possible selection of seed / nut mix. I was told my purchase would be carried out to my vehicle. While at the register to pay for my purchase I was spoken to professionally and attentively. Membership was offered along with a gift for sign up. I will recommend and continue to purchase product.
