I installed my first ever bird feeder and wanted to purchase the feed at a store that was able to provide advice. Stella, the Conservation and Outreach Manager helped me. She was beyond excellent. Her enthusiasm and knowledge was so helpful and contagious.

Great selection of merchandise. The staff is always friendly, happy to help, but not pushy. They are also very happy to “talk shop” and share stories and experiences.

The staff welcomed me as I entered the store and that made me feel like they really cared that I came in. I needed advice as to which bird seed to buy and was promptly given expert advice. I was very happy with my purchases.
