fRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF

The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. The store was very clean and well stocked with a variety of merchandise. I learned a great deal during our visit there and didn’t realize that they carried so many great gift ideas. This was my first time visiting a Wild Birds Unlimited & I was pleasantly surprised!

I purchased online - you shold have an n/a on the instore experience I did put in a 'Ask Us' question - which I didn't not receive a reply to and initially that delayed my order - It's great to have a place to ask a Q, but then it's imperative to answer it. Also - and may not be your fault - but the delivery took a LONG time - it was the slowest FedEx every. I saw in tracking that it in Long Island CIty last Friday or Saturday, and then another 3 days. I was thinking it was lost. But - it looks like the exact product I was looking for as a drip/mist bird feeder so that I don't waste copious amounts of water.

The staff is always warm, friendly,and extremely knowledgable.The store is wheelchair accessible. I tell everyone to go there, it's one of my favorite places to visit!
