Nice selection, informative sales clerk, great sale

The people who work there are all vey knowledgeable about birds. In addition, the quality of the merchandise is exceptional. WBU bird feeders, for example, are the best designed of any I have ever used.

Good quality, great staff always willing to help me load my birdseed and my birds are happy too.

The store has what I need, the customer service is excellent!

The staff was extremely helpful. As a disabled person, I really appreciate the assistance given in loading my car with my purchases. "My" birds love the products from WBU - we love watching them as they dine. It's also very nice to be able to support a locally-owned business.

This is a great store with very helpful and friendly staff. We always get good information and excellent products for our wild birds. It is always a pleasant experience. Great staff, great products. Mostly come in for bird food, but enjoy looking around at the other things offered (books, feeders, cards, etc...)
