Awesome place that is very unique and needed. Get in touch with nature, our environment and life’s small things.

We can find everything we need for the many different birds that frequent our yard at Frank's store. Really like rolling a D20 to see what I might get also. Lastly, the Zoom presentations are always informative.

We love wild birds, The associate was genuinely friendly and helpful as well as personally engaging, it was our first visit, we loved all the information snd choices available, a great place for gift shopping as well.

The staff is highly knowledge and helpful. They know me, and know what I usually buy. In the past, the owner ordered an item which I requested, and it is now a regular stock item. I can ask questions and get good answers.

The very nice employee greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. She answered my questions with good knowledge and it I felt like talking to a friend.

All the bird lovers in Ventura are so very lucky to have this store! Frank and his staff are very friendly and always willingly answer our questions. If they don't know the answer, they look it up. The bird food is fresh without all the "bugs" you unfortunately get if you buy from Lowes.

The birds love the food! No Mess is the way to go in my landscape. Online ordering is easy. Delivery is reliable and prompt. Packaging is durable and easy to carry.

Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly. The products are excellent. Delivery service to your door can't be beat. Discounts are always good. The birds are happy.
