Website is not very user friendly. Might make access to Wild Birds Unlimited website easier without having to choose a store or open an account. Browsing the internet should be easy without too many steps. The service and shipping I experienced from the Ventura CA store was fantastic. My store in San Luis Obispo closed over year ago, so I have to order online from a store over 100 miles away.

I sent my son in and he choose the wrong bags of seed. Staff looked it up and gave him the correct seed. AND carried them out to the car.
