I prefer ordering online & picking up at the store; however, this time it took me longer because someone fenced off your store from the back parking lot. Makes no sense to let all of this convenient, uncrowded parking go unused. The parking lot in front is way too busy and difficult to find a parking space certain times of day.

I really enjoy Frank's presentations at the weekends, they are extremely informative and enjoyable. They have given me ideas for my next purchases from WBU. It was easy ordering on line and delivery was extremely fast. I do wish there were more detailed or better photos of the products, in particular the bird feeders and accessories. I am really enjoying my products and the birds are enjoying them too!

The things I purchased were very unique. It was a bird feeder system that you could configure to suit you and the birds. It was a birthday gift that my wife really liked. We are going back to the store tomorrow to purchase the additional things to add (hanging bird feeders) . Looking forward to it!

It’s a great store. The manager is highly knowledgeable and answers my questions when I have them. They always have new merchandise that I would love to buy. They frequently have sales that I take advantage of.
