Ever since I have been attending Franks bird lectures online...I have been coming back for more. Frank is entertaining and knowledgeable. And even though I have a franchise here in town, which I have never been too, I would still rather listen to Franks lectures and buy from his store. Leslie Burton deserves all the credit, had she not told me about the talks online...she never would have gotten a gift card from you! I am also an California native...so there’s that. Thank you for your great service.
