Frank is an amazing guy and his store is always clean and well stocked. He hires very knowledgeable and friendly employees, and it's always a pleasure going to Wild Birds Unlimited here in Ventura!

I like the people that work there. They are knowledgeable and can and answer. questions about bird sightings, and are polite and helpful.

Mu husband dropped our hummingbird feeder and the plastic that holds the hanger broke. I came in to buy another feeder and your employee told me that the feeders had a lifetime warraanty. She found another part for me! I ended up buying a really nice shade cover for our feeder too that I hadn't seen in the store before. Everything in the store is always displayed so well.

The owner, Frank, is an asset to our community. His shares his knowledge and enthusiasm for birding most generously. I have always found what I need there and usually learn something new as well!
