To me, this is the best and only store in Ventura to purchase bird supplies. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and courteous - even carrying my purchases to the car when I am unable to. My experience shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited is like being part of a community of birders with that knowledge base to share with their customers.

It was my 1st time at this store. I didn't even know it existed and I am an avid bird lover. I love the quality of the merchandise. They had everything I needed. And the man was so helpful and full of tips for attracting birds. It was very nice to deal with a fellow bird lover and from now on I will by all my birding supplies there rather than green thumb.

The Ventura store always makes it easy and convenient to order and pick up my bird supplies, especially during the pandemic. I just order online and immediately get an email saying it is ready for pick up. I call when I arrive at the store and my merchandise is brought out immediately.
