I love this store and it's always a very good experience. I'm just not sure what merits "Highly satisfied" but if that's what you need to hear, then I suppose that is the rating.

too much information from the clerk even though she was required to state everything management told her. No fault of her own, she was great. Just simply wanted a bird feeder, got one and its great.

Old wild birds unlimited tube was not interchangeable—-wanted new easier to clean but the old “tray” would not fit on new tube so had to buy all new, tube and tray.

I come in once a month because that’s how long the 10 pound bag of no mess seed lasts me. On a retirement income it’s a big expense.

Was out of one of the types of food I usually get. The substitute is just fine, however. The fussy birds here probably won't even notice!

Difficulty with communicating about credit card. Poor reception then credit card input got cut off.

I was pretty satisfied! I thought I selected highly satisfied on most things. Things are a little expensive and the cashier seemed put off by me but I really like the store and had an overall positive experience
