Every time I visit, I'm greeted as I enter with a friendly warm welcome. When I have questions or ask suggestions they are answered with knowledge and with a smile. I would recommend this store highly.

I just recently put up bird feeders at our community garden and know very little about wild birds. The staff member who helped us was SUPER knowledgeable and friendly. He made good product recommendations without being pushy at all. I purchased a membership because I plan on buying from WBU instead of Amazon from here on out. I love that these specialized stores exist. Thank you!
