I have been a long-time customer. The service and product quality are EXCELLENT. Above-and-Beyond service actually. Their support and personal delivery help me through the COVID quarantine and their personal attention to my needs continues.

The store was filled with customers, when more than one person was in line to checkout, a second salesperson came out from the back to help. Good customer service. It does appear, however, that the order entry process could be simplified for the salesperson.
