I am so satisfied for the quality of the merchandise carried and also with the customer service. I ordered online in the morning, and my items were delivered to my front door that evening. This is a quality operation. I support and praise them because they deserve it!

THis is my store for all my bird-feeding needs. I have admired their COVID practices since the beginning of the pandemic, and I feel they take the safety of their customers seriously. I have always found what I needed, and when there was an issue with a late shipment once, the employee recommended another item. They are very knowledgable and friendly.

There was a problem with the computer at the register and I was charged twice for my purchase. It was immediately corrected but because it was the weekend it took 2 days for the credit to show up in my bank account. I was confident with the way I was treated. I am a regular customer and love Wild Birds in Huntington Beach.

The store is well organized with merchandise. The staff is always friendly helpfully and carry the heavy item to my van for me.
