I was highly satisfied with the speed of the delivery of my merchandise. Ordered it at night and it came the very next evening.

The customer service is excellent. The delivery was the same day. I had a dog that had surgery and wasn't supposed to bark. I had a note on the door not to knock. I saw the delivery guy read the note and so he did not knock, which I totally appreciated. I have solely shopped here for my bird and squirrel food for over a year. This is why. The HB Cali store is the best. I highly recommend shopping there.

Love the variety of things you sell in your store. My birds love your cylinder seeds feeders. It’s a place I can count on to get beautiful, unusual gifts for other people. Really nice folks work there.

I was able to find what I needed and was checked out promptly. The cashier was helpful and courteous, and carried my purchase to the car for me.
