I was immediately greeted by both of the staff and the sweet “greeter” Benjamin the cat! Nancy came over to ask if she could help me and walked me through picking out a hummingbird feeder. She was so pleasant the whole time as I looked around the rest of the store. She also signed me up for your rewards program, so I will definitely be back for all my bird needs!

The sales rep was so knowledgeable and helpful when making my purchase. I felt confident I had made the best choice. Plus—the cats that live in the store awaiting adoption are a joy. I love birds and cats—really all creatures.

The store is welcoming and laid out so you can see everything. The staff are super friendly and really seem happy to be there and to help people.

Young man who waited on me was very knowledgeable and very nice. I bought bird seed that I couldn’t find elsewhere. Good price too! I will be back.

The sales rep was notably, kind and helpful. Items are always in stock. Reps are always knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate that employees are treated with respect and allowed to exercise judgment. It shows in little ways and is becoming more and more rare.

The staff members let us shop without pestering us but monitored where we were, what we were looking at, and offered helpful instruction/advice when we needed it. They shared the Wild Birds Unlimited club with the benefits we would get without being pushy about it.

Bears took down my bird feeder so had to purchase a new one. Store had what I wanted.
